The recent episodes with X Factor USA were successful, and it had been Michael Jackson week. The contestants took to the level to perform a number of Michael Jackson’s most loved songs with all-time. Astro is among the contestants to leave the show, and based on a new statement, he discussed his thoughts about making it to the top 7 on the show.
As Digital Spy reports, Astro said of making it to the top 7: “I’m feeling amazing. I feel like the fact that I made it this far is making history. Top 7 out of 200,000 as a hip-hop artist and [being] so young is great. I feel like this is a great stepping stone for hip-hop and this is just the beginning for me. It’s not the end.”
Astro performed “Black or White, ” the Michael Jackson hit song from their Dangerous album. He did an excellent job and rapped unique lyrics. Drew was another contestant to leave the show, which is clear that their fans aspire to see them launch careers soon.
